This page sets out the responsibilities you must follow when using the zay99 platform, deposit and withdrawal policies, bonus conditions, and account rules.

These "Service Usage Terms & Conditions" (referred to below as "Terms") are the agreement that applies to anyone who uses the zay99 platform (https://zay99.run) and its related services. Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Policy

Each player may only hold one account at zay99. Opening additional accounts using the same name, phone number, or payment method is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.2 Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information

Personal information provided when opening an account must be accurate and kept up to date. Withdrawals made from an account that was opened with incorrect information may be blocked.

2.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access attempts, contact zay99 immediately.

2.4 Account Suspension

zay99 may close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons—

  • If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of these terms

  • If hacking, bot usage, or automation is detected
  • If bonus abuse is determined to have taken place

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at zay99 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Deposits must be made in the player's real name, and payment methods that do not belong to the account holder are not permitted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: 10,000 Ks (by any method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: 30,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Account verification may be carried out before a withdrawal is approved.

3.4 Withdrawal Refusal

A withdrawal may be delayed or refused for the following reasons—

  • The bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met
  • Player identity verification is incomplete
  • Suspected fraud
  • A breach of these terms has been identified

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at zay99, you can receive a 200% bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must complete wagering of the bonus amount x 15 times.

Example — how the bonus is calculated:

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering: 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks must be wagered.
  • Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 220,000 Ks. Wagering: 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks must be wagered.

4.2 Wagering Requirement Details

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Winnings generated from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person
  • If you choose to cancel the bonus after it has been credited, any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited
  • If bonus abuse is determined, the bonus and any winnings from it will be voided
  • Using the bonus for arbitrage, hedging, or any low-risk wagering strategy is not allowed

4.4 Other Promotions

Promotions offered by zay99 from time to time may include additional terms. Please read the terms of each promotion on its respective promotion page, with this Section 4 serving as the general framework.

Section 5

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The zay99 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your VIP level advances based on your play history and activity—

  • Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week

Cashback is paid out once a week and no additional wagering requirement applies to cashback amounts. VIP tier decisions are made at zay99's discretion.

Section 6

Game Rules

6.1 Game Round Validity

If a game round is interrupted before completion due to a technical issue (network disconnection, game server crash), the outcome will be determined from zay99's server logs and that decision will be final.

6.2 Game Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, or unannounced service issues. Any bets not yet settled during that period will have their stakes refunded.

6.3 Financial and Betting Responsibilities

Players must be fully aware of their balance before placing bets. Over-betting beyond the available balance is solely the player's own responsibility.

Prohibited Actions

Players must refrain from the following actions. Violations may result in account suspension, balance freezing, or termination of the relationship—

  1. Unfair play using cheating software, exploits, or bots
  2. Collusion by impersonating self-transfers to claim bonuses across multiple accounts
  3. Deposit or withdrawal patterns that may facilitate money laundering
  4. Hacking or disrupting the service via DDoS attacks
  5. Scraping data without authorization
  6. Reselling in-game currency through third-party channels
